Attorney Biography
Chris Jayson has been a civil trial attorney in the Tampa bay area since 1985. From 1992-008, he served as lead civil litigation partner at Cohen, Jayson & Foster, P.A., in Tampa, where he represented clients in a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases.
He has broad trial experience in cases involving automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, inadequate security and premise liability, products liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. His appellate experience includes more than two dozen appeals.
Chris has earned an "AV" Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, a testament to the fact that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
