Charlotte Fernee Kelly

Charlotte Fernée Kelly graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2009, and magna cum laude from Florida State University with dual degrees in 2005. Ms. Fernée has been practicing plaintiff's employment law since 2011, and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Florida.Charlotte Fernée Kelly is a member of The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, and their Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and served as one of its Northern District Representatives in 2012-2013, and as a Middle District Representative for 2013-2014. Ms. Kelly has attended the Legal Study Abroad program at Oxford University in England, as well as at Peking University in China. While in law school she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Psi Chi National Honor Society and the Phi Alpha Delta International Fraternity.
