CHARLES D. WILDER, Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates, is from the Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center, PLC in Maitland, Florida.  He graduated from Nova Southeastern University Center for the Study of Law, cum laude, in January, 1980, and the University of Florida with a Masters of Laws in Taxation in June, 1981.  He is a past chairman of the Estate, Guardianship and Trust Committee of the Orange County Bar Association and a former member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.  He is the founder and former chairman of an Estate Planning Discussion Group composed of attorneys, accountants and trust officers practicing in the Orlando area.  Chuck has been awarded the highest rating (AV) given by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.  He is currently a member of WealthCounsel, a nationwide organization of estate planning attorneys and ElderCounsel, a nationwide organization of elder law practioners.  He was recently listed in the Top 100 Attorneys in the country in the December 2005 issue of Worth magazine and Orlando Magazine has recognized him as one Central Florida’s Best Lawyers for the last 10 years.  Chuck has also been listed in Super Lawyers and the Guide to Florida Lawyers.  His practice consists of values based planning for clients in the areas of wills, trusts, estate and legacy planning, charitable planning, Medicaid planning, business and business succession planning, probate and guardianship matters.
