Chad T. Orsatti is an attorney in Palm Harbor, FL. His practice is focused on real estate, negotiation of short sales and loan modifications, real estate litigation including foreclosure defense, title insurance, wills, trusts, probate and estate planning, landlord/tenant, as well as corporate and business law and associated litigation and personal injury.

Mr. Orsatti founded Orsatti & Associates, P.A. in July 2000.
Mr. Orsatti has partnered with Compass Land & Title, LLC to provide title insurance services to his client. Compass Land & Title, LLC is a full service title insurance company that shares corporate offices with Mr. Orsatti’s law firm. Through Compass Land & Title, LLC, Mr. Orsatti is able to provide title insurance for both residential and commercial real estate transactions and will conduct closings on properties throughout the State of Florida.
