I am extremely disappointed with the representation and service I’ve received from Chad Piotrowski . My experience has been marked by a consistent lack unprofessional conduct, and a failure to address my concerns as a client. 1. Lack of Communication: chad has repeatedly ignored my phone calls and avoided providing timely updates on my case. Despite his suggestion that I make office appointments to discuss my case, he avoids direct follow-ups and fails to maintain open communication, which is critical in a situation as serious as mine. 2. Unprofessional Conduct: When I raised valid concerns about my case, instead of addressing them, Chad falsely accused me of being threatening. This claim is completely untrue and feels like an attempt to deflect responsibility and avoid accountability. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply frustrating as a client who relies on their attorney for support. 3. Provoking and Dismissive Behavior: Chad avoids answering calls but texts responses that are dismissive and seem inflammatory. This approach comes across as provoking rather than helpful, leaving me feeling further alienated during an already stressful time. 4. Failure to Provide Transparency: While he claims to have done everything possible for my case, I have not been given a full explanation of why certain strategies or avenues were not pursued. This lack of transparency leaves me feeling uninformed and unable to make confident decisions about my own legal situation. I trusted Chad to handle my case ethically and professionally, but instead, I feel ignored, misled, and provoked. My experience with his representation has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend his services to anyone seeking diligent and supportive legal assistance
