Attorney Biography
Catherine M. Rinaldo is the founding partner of Rinaldo Law Group which first opened it doors nearly 20 years ago. She has been a licensed attorney and member of the Florida Bar since 1985.
Mrs. Rinaldo has reached the highest level of recognition of an attorney’s competence and experience with a "Preeminent AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell and an "Excellent" AVVO rating. Mrs. Rinaldo is also a graduate of the Keenan Ball Trial College and serves as a faculty member.
She began her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and finished at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1981. In 1985, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. While in law school, she clerked for District Attorney Harry Connick, Sr., assisting in the prosecution of crimes against the citizens of New Orleans.
After graduating law school, Mrs. Rinaldo defended negligence claims brought against insurance industry giants such as State Farm, Liberty Mutual, and Allstate, providing her with unique insight into how the insurance industry evaluates and defends claims.
Mrs. Rinaldo is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

She is active in the community and a leader among her peers. Several times a year, Rinaldo Law Group sponsors free child car seat inspection and installation sessions where free child car seats are donated to those in need.Mrs. Rinaldo She is on the Board of Directors for St. Michael’s Legal Center.
