While the members of the public may post an opinion about a member of the Florida bar, no member of the public, without justification, is allowed to accuse a lawyer of lying in court or subverting a legal process. The orded you are referring to was a proposed order which the judge adopted in a great part and which was obtained in an open court during the proceedings in which you participated and to which you are a party. The submission of a proposed order is a practice that is entirely proper. I did not lie to the court in any way shape or form neither have I presented fake witnesses or forged anything. Your post is entirely defamatory. I am giving you 24 hours from this email to remove this post and post a retraction. Shall you fail to do so I will bring this matter before Judge Arzola by the way of a motion for an evidentiary hearing where I will be seeking recovery against you For subverting the legal process. Moreover I will retain the presentation and bring an action for defamation against you where I will be seeking compensatory and punitive damages as well as fees and costs. Respectfully, Bruce Prober
