Last year was the hardest for our business in decades. While trying to stay open and keep our employees on payroll during the pandemic, we got hit with a department of labor investigation. It was a innocent mistake we were not aware of, and Ms. Kaplan jumped in to help us. She went through our processes and trained my office manager on the intricacies of US payroll laws. Ms. Kaplan also helped us take advantage of available government programs and manage all the employee questions. Our business is like a family and we are so blessed to survive. In the end, Ms. Kaplan refused to except any payment from us.
