Attorney Biography
Concentrating on personal injury from such events as auto accidents, falls, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims, Mr. Rader has been providing first-class service to his clients throughout Florida and New York for more than 25 years in both State and Federal courts. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association where he fights for the rights of the injured. His substantial recoveries for his clients have earned him a seat in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum as well as the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and he was acknowledged as a "Top Rated Lawyer" in the Miami Herald. Mr. Rader loves what he does, and finds his fulfillment in providing exceptional representation to his clients.
"I take pride in deeply and viscerally understanding our clients’ challenges. But no two clients are alike. It’s my job to paint the picture of how their injuries have impacted their lives. Many of our clients find it difficult to wake up in the morning and get out of bed. Some find it too hard to leave the house and can no longer work. Perhaps they have even become, through no fault of their own, brain injured. Their medical expenses are building and their marriages and relationships are under enormous strain. Other clients have lost a family member, and they are struggling to make sense of it all. We need to understand and to give voice to these losses. My job- and my passion- is to put those losses into words and then convey them to a jury or insurance company. No amount of money can cure a permanent disability or bring back a loved one, but at least we can tryto get compensation to those who have been harmed by others."
Mr. Rader was born and raised in Freeport, New York. He attended Binghamton University in New York where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He then went on to work as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill. Next, he attended The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. where he graduated Cum Laude (with honors) and was invited to the Moot Court Board for his eloquent oral argument.
Upon graduation, Mr. Rader worked as a public defender in the Bronx. Before turning his attention to civil litigation, he earned a winning trial record despite severe budgetary constraints and single-handedly conducted all aspects of criminal defense from arraignment through pre-trial hearing to verdict. He is passionate about giving back to the community and is currently on the Board of Trustees at Kol Tikvah synagogue in Parkland.
