Alison R Percy

I was referred to Alison by Barry Byrd, partner at the firm on April 5th, 2023. Upon first phone call (4/5), I had not received a response in 5 days. I reached out to Barry Byrd (4/9) and the next day, Alison called and left me a message. However, I replied to an email with sent by Barry with Alison attached requesting documentation. I quickly responded with all the information they requested the same day. After responding, I had zero response. I followed up on April 12th by phone call (voice mail). April 17th, the 1st email follow up. April 19th, the second follow up. And lastly, April 21st the 3rd and final follow up only to receive a response that they will not help me. They wasted nearly 3 weeks of my time (which time is of the essence in situations such as mine) only to tell me they couldn't help me. I have used Barry Byrd before and was pleased; however, I would not recommend Alison due to the sheer lack of respect for time, zero due-diligence, and poor communication resulting in zero responses with multiple follow ups. Do not waste your time like I did.
