Attorney Biography
Alan Seagrave is of counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is an Immigration, Nationality & Consular Law attorney within the firm’s Government & Public Policy Practice. Mr. Seagrave is a Florida Bar Board Certified Immigration and Nationality Law Attorney.
He regularly advises clients on the preparation and filing of the entire range of employment and family based visa petitions.
His practice also extends to providing guidance to corporate employers and individual investors on structuring business operations in compliance with current immigration regulations and visa requirements, representing employers in Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigations, preparing applications for waivers of inadmissibility, and counseling foreign national clients on the immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
