Unfortunately, my elderly father hired this absolute hack of a "lawyer" for a 2 yearlong property boundary litigation. Over the years we sent Adam all documents required to support not only a solid case but a positive outcome. Held mediation yesterday which obviously we've had an ample amount of time to prepare for. Opposing counsel was VERY prepared while Adam seemed like he just rolled out of bed... no files... no opening statement, nothing. Instead of leading the case... he was a follower at best. Constantly "dropping off" zoom for some unknown reason... and couldn't figure out how to share the screen so everyone could view docs for the case?? Did you even have any files to share at all??? You made thousands yesterday off of us for your "hard work" but can't even figure out how to navigate zoom?? SMH.... Hey Adam, ever been put on probation by the Florida Bar?? 2nd times a charm bud... The fact that you are charging my father one dime for your "services" is outlandish. ISSUE REFUND!!! Massive amount of gross negligence...
