Attorney Biography
The Law Office of Jason Klein, PLLC, is a firm dedicated to the idea that the people of Washington D.C. deserve safe access to medical marijuana. Jason’s mission is to help businesses, patients, and doctors understand and comply with the new laws and regulations of the DC medical marijuana program. To this end, Jason provides personal attention to serve the community of cannabis consumers whenever they have been accused of a crime and provides vigorous defense regardless of the charge. He organized the First Annual Washington DC Medical Marijuana Symposium in 2012, the first industry event of its kind, and has been featured on MMJ Business Daily and several national publications.
