Mr. Sherman is the managing partner at Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C. and has a reputation for using aggressive and creative litigation strategies on behalf of his clients, who have suffered from personal injuries and discrimination. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice, among other organizations; has been listed by Super Lawyers® since 2011; and holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia and lectures at seminars across the nation.
