Attorney Biography
As a trial attorney and partner at Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C., Allan has tried and settled over a thousand cases in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. He is board-certified in civil trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and appears annually on the Washingtonian Magazine’s list of “Top Lawyers.” He has been recognized by Super Lawyers® for the past 10 years, has served as president for the Trial Lawyers’ Association of Metropolitan Washington, DC, and is an active member of the American Association for Justice, where he promotes and protects America’s civil justice system.
