He strongly believes in employees being treated with respect, fairness, and the compensation that they deserve.

Richard Hayber has lived in Connecticut his whole life. He pursued his BA in philosophy at Trinity College in Hartford and continued on to complete his education at the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1992.
