William E. Smith

Family law matters are personal, emotional and frequently involve complex legal or factual issues. Will Smith takes pride in helping men and women through the process. He focuses his practice on family law issues including complex dissolution of marriage actions, allocation of parental responsibility cases, asset preservation, child support, parenting time disputes and adoption.

William Smith is also an experienced litigator who has both prosecuted and defended nearly every type of traffic offense, including traffic offenses involving death. Will is a former Deputy District Attorney. While with the District Attorney’s Office, Will acted in a supervisory capacity, overseeing other Deputy District Attorneys and handling the office’s sensitive matters.

Will has focused part of his private practice on DUI Defense and Criminal Litigation. Will approaches his practice with a "client first" attitude.
