Attorney Biography

Scott Ray was admitted to practice law in Colorado in October of 2003 and the United States Federal Court for the District of Colorado in 2005. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a BA in History in 2000 before moving to Denver to attend the University of Denver Law School that same year. Scott Ray has practiced in the areas of water rights, personal injury, construction law, and general civil litigation as well as family law.Since forming Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray, LLC, Scott Ray has focused his practice in the areas of civil litigation including personal injury, ski accidents, and construction law while expanding his family law practice to include divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, custody and post-decree modifications. Scott Ray volunteers for 9News, the Denver County Department of Human Services, the University Park Community Council, the Metro Volunteer Lawyers, and the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center.
