Attorney Biography

Since 2002, Mr. McCune has successfully prosecuted thousands of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. He is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), as well as a regular speaker and lecturer at Continuing Legal Education bankruptcy seminars, where he instructs and counsels other bankruptcy attorneys concerning complicated aspects of bankruptcy law.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Bankruptcy attorney Matt McCune was born and raised in Colorado. Mr. McCune received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Denver University College of Law in 2002. While in law school, he served as an articles editor for the Denver University Law Review.
