Jacob F. Kimball

Colorado Springs attorney Jake Kimball graduated from Brigham Young University in 2002 and earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2005. He has been practicing law in Colorado since 2005.

While in law school, Jake worked for two years as an associate editor and staff member for the Ohio State Law Journal. In addition, while in law school, Ohio State University awarded him a Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship in Portuguese.

He has more than a decade of experience practicing civil litigation and personal injury law in Colorado, including auto accidents, wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, insurance claims, and insurance bad faith claims. In addition, Jacob is also experienced in family law issues, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, and child support.

Jake is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
