Win Eaton is one of very few attorneys with the breadth of experience and demonstrated knowledge to be State Bar Certified as a Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law.
(Under the category of immigration law, the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization has only certified approximately 165 of the 250,000 attorneys who are licensed to practice law in California.)

Attorney Win Eaton is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Oregon& California, the Federal District Courts in Oregon, Federal District Court for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
Win Eaton represents business, family, investor, and individual clients before Immigration Courts, the Supreme Courts of California & Oregon, the Federal Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit, and the Federal District Courts in California and Oregon.
Education:
Win Eaton holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the prestigious Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy.
Win is the founding attorney of the Immigration law firm of Eaton & Associates. The firm serves clients around the world from several west coast offices in the states of California & Oregon.
Win’s law firm focuses on the complex area of Federal Immigration Law. This includes Business, Investment, & Family Immigration, Removal Defense, and any immigration related matter.
Win is an advocate for employer & immigrant rights and he travels extensively lecturing on Immigration and Employer issues.
