Thomas Einar Jurgensen

My background includes senior leadership roles acting as a legal strategist, litigator, negotiator and intellectual property specialist. I have also served as General Counsel, Executive and Board Member in technology companies. In these roles, I’ve helped companies achieve their maximum potential by closing the gap between research, development and business management.  I have been in practice for 30 years with deep experience in corporate law, business law, intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets) and all manner of contracts, from licenses to distribution to joint venture agreements.
