Terry Scott Allen

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Terry Allen (#79701). He showed no effort in advocating for my case, failing to investigate key aspects, interview witnesses, or develop any defense strategy. It felt like my case didn’t matter at all to him. To make matters worse, he allowed the prosecutor to violate my rights without action and even lied about not having the discovery materials. This negligence and dishonesty are unacceptable in any attorney. Terry would often call me asking which courtroom we were in, even though he was the one responsible for scheduling the dates. His lack of organization and professionalism is beyond frustrating. If you need an attorney who will fight for you, look elsewhere. Terry Allen’s behavior is a disgrace to the legal profession, and I believe he should be barred from practicing law.
