Attorney Biography
Simon Moshkovich is the founding partner of Mercer Legal Group, representing employees in workplace conflicts throughout Southern California. His practice focuses on workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and related employment laws.
Before founding Mercer Legal Group, Simon practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, where he handled commercial litigation and legal matters involving Fortune 500 companies. He now applies that big-firm experience to advocate for employees who have been mistreated by their employers.
Simon takes a straightforward approach with every client: honest case assessment, clear communication, and determined pursuit of compensation. He has been involved in matters resulting in recoveries totaling over $2.2 million for clients.
