I am Scott P. Schomer, founding attorney of Schomer Estate & Wealth Advisors, a team of experienced professionals dedicated to estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation across Los Angeles County—including Santa Monica, Brentwood, El Segundo, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Long Beach.

As a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law (certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization), I’ve spent more than 30 years helping families, trustees, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries navigate California’s legal and tax systems with clarity and confidence.

We don’t work alone. At Schomer Estate & Wealth Advisors, we’ve built a collaborative team of attorneys, fiduciary advisors, paralegals, and tax professionals who understand the legal and financial dimensions of estate management. Together, we design estate plans that work, fix those that don’t, and guide our clients through life’s most important transitions.

I also serve as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School, where I teach Trusts and Wills, and am regularly appointed by the courts as a temporary judge, court-approved counsel, and expert witness in complex probate and trust disputes.
