Meador Law brings success and peace of mind to energetic entrepreneurs.  Mr. Meador attended law school at UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall, was a Partner with K&L Gates, and his charity work has been nominated twice for the Presidential Medal of Freedom.   He represents business enterprises and investors in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and transactions, including entrepreneurs, early stage companies and individual and institutional investors in the negotiation of contracts, capital raising transactions, and corporate acquisions.
