Attorney Biography
Rochelle Binns, Associate Attorney, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California Lutheran University, where she was President of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society. She then received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During law school, Ms. Binns received a CALI Award in Animal Law as well as a Witkin Award for her work representing special needs children in the Children’s Rights Clinic. She was also an avid volunteer in Southwestern’s Teen Court program and Expungement clinics.
Ms. Binns began her legal career in plaintiff’s personal injury law, where she fought endlessly for her injured clients. Ms. Binns brings that same fighting passion to family law, where she has helped hundreds of clients navigate the complexities of family law matters including, divorce, legal separation, property division, restraining orders, and child custody battles. Prior to joining The Reape-Rickett Law Firm, she focused exclusively on representing the family law needs of the LQBGTQ+ community. Ms. Binns understands that each family's situation and concerns are unique, and she is dedicated to advocating for the best interests of her clients and their family.
