Robert Rosati

Robert Rosati was born and raised in Rochester, New York. Attorney Rosati earned his law degree from The University of California, Hastings college of law in 1983 after he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Albany in 1977. Mr. Rosati practices law in California, and represents clients across the nation.

Mr. Rosati is a veteran trial and appellate lawyer who has successfully represented hundreds of ERISA benefit claimants in administrative appeals and in ERISA litigation.
