Robert Daniel Berglund

Mr. Berglund is dedicated to representing persons arrested on suspicion of DUI and other criminal and traffic offenses, many of whom have never had any contact with the criminal justice system. He personally returns all his client's phone calls, providing them with updates and answering any questions they may have. His goal is to make every client feel like they are his only client and is committed to achieving the best result possible in each and every case.

Mr. Berglund was admitted to practice law in the state of California in 2004 and is also admitted to practice in all United States District Courts (federal court) in California. He received his legal training at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, graduating in 2004. He obtained his college degree, Bachelor of Science, from California State University, Dominguez Hills, in 2001. Mr. Berglund has represented hundreds of clients charged with DUI and other criminal and traffic related offenses. He is a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association, as well as the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
