Attorney Biography
I was admitted to practice law in 1982 and have lived in the High Desert since 1986, where I raised my family. For more than four decades, I have dedicated my career to representing injury victims, handling hundreds of serious and catastrophic personal injury cases each year. Many of these cases involve spinal injuries caused by automobile accidents, as well as severe burns, fractures, paralysis, traumatic brain injuries, and complex regional pain syndrome.
To build strong cases, I collaborate with leading medical and economic experts to fully demonstrate the extent of my clients’ damages—covering medical expenses, lost wages, diminished earning capacity, lost household services, and pain and suffering. While I strive to achieve fair settlements, I am always prepared to take a case to trial when necessary to secure justice.
In addition to my personal injury practice, I also serve clients as a criminal defense attorney. Over the years, I have assisted families navigating Juvenile Court proceedings and defended individuals facing a wide range of charges—from misdemeanors and DUIs to serious and violent felonies, including murder. My decades of trial experience allow me to be a strong and dedicated advocate in both civil and criminal courts.
