Rand Elliott Pinsky

Rand E. Pinsky received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University in 1974 and established the Law Office of Rand E. Pinsky. As a sole practitioner, Mr. Pinsky focused on family law matters with an emphasis on custody, parenting agreements, support, mediation, and real property title issues. In 2015, he became the Managing Attorney of the Divorce Mediation Center of Santa Clarita, expanding his focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution.

In addition to decades of experience practicing law, Mr. Pinsky has also volunteered his time to the Los Angeles County Courts and as Family Law Mediator, ensuring equitable access to our legal system. He also applies his legal acumen as an Administrative Law Hearing Officer for the Mountains Recreation, Conservation Authority, where he conducts hearings and adjudications for the MRCA Park Rangers. Mr. Pinsky is a founding member of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, established in 2005 and was recently voted the Ultimate Divorce Lawyer by his community.

When not serving his clients and community, Mr. Pinsky is an avid Bridge player, tournament director, and enjoys spending time with his family, and pet dog.
