Nima Haddadi

Nima Haddadi is a founding member of The H Law Group focused on criminal defense and plaintiff-side personal injury. On the injury side, he represents people hurt in motor-vehicle collisions—car, motorcycle, trucking, rideshare, and pedestrian—and bodily-injury claims from dog bites, pursuing treatment coordination, insurance negotiations, and litigation through verdict when needed. When crashes intersect with DUI or hit-and-run allegations, he integrates the civil claim with the related criminal/DMV issues. A former Los Angeles prosecutor, he applies charging-and-evidence insight to pressure-test facts, build leverage, and try cases when required.
