Attorney Biography
A native of Venice, California, began his legal career spending three years as an insurance defense lawyer, defending Bakersfield personal injury lawsuits. After earning admittance to the California Bar in 1986, he opened the Law Offices of Mickey Fine, representing individuals in personal injury matters. In 1990, he was selected to participate as a volunteer prosecutor as part of the Los Angeles County Trial Attorney Project Program (TAPP). Mr. Fine served as a volunteer prosecutor for Los Angeles County. Later Mr. Fine was selected as a member of the Los Angeles Criminal Defense Bar Panel.
In 1996, Mr. Fine participated in and completed Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. At the Law Offices of Mickey Fine, formerly Fine & Chais, our lawyers have represented clients in over 75 jury trials.
Mr. Fine is married with two children. His hobbies include Brazilian jiu-jitsu, hiking & painting.
