Michael Kim

Michael Kim is the founding partner of Avant Law Corporation, where he leads the firm’s personal injury, business, and real estate litigation practice. He has successfully represented thousands of clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases across Southern California, recovering millions against major insurance carriers. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Kim serves as an administrative hearing officer for Orange County and general counsel for Grace Korean Church and Grace Ministries International.

He earned his B.A. from UC Irvine and J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he was honored with the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. Admitted to practice in California state and federal courts, he is also a licensed real estate broker.
