Attorney Biography
Mike is a 20-year litigator who focuses on representing managed care health plans and health insurers. He represents some of the largest health plans in California in matters involving regulatory enforcement, civil litigation, provider arbitrations, writ proceedings, and Medi-Cal rate disputes. Mike also advises health plans on a wide range of issues including the ACA, Knox-Keene Act compliance, Medi-Cal program changes, provider contracts, out-of-network payment obligations, and the actuarial Medicaid rate-setting process.
