Melissa R. Morgan

Melissa Morgan is a personal injury attorney for Curtis Legal Group.  She focuses her practice on representing injury victims and their families in a variety of cases involving the negligence of another person or a business. She handles claims involving motor vehicle accidents – such as car accidents, motorcycle accidents, auto pedestrian accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents and more – as well as workplace accidents, dog bites, and premises liability.

Melissa graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Minor in Criminal Justice, with distinction in 2017. She earned her law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2020, where she was Vice-President of Phi Alpha Delta. While in law school, she interned with California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and was a law clerk for Legal Services of Northern California. Melissa was born and raised in Sacramento and is honored to support her hometown and local community by representing those in need of legal services.
