Attorney Biography
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Denver in business administration in 1992 and managed a business in the construction materials industry prior to attending law school. I obtained my law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2001 and have been practicing in the area of workers compensation defense since 2002.
My philosophy in practice is to provide the most effective and efficient representation and to resolve cases as soon as possible. I have represented employers, insurance companies and TPAs in all areas of workers compensation including 132a and serious and willful claims and argued before the Court of Appeals of the State of California, Third Appellate District. I have prepared and presented several seminars on issues ranging from liens to commutations, workers’ compensation 101 to legislative and case updates.
