My practice focuses on appellate law in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California appellate courts. I have litigated over fifty appeals and writs in state and federal appellate courts. I am certified as an Appellate Law Specialist by the California State Bar, Board of Legal Specialization. I have been named as a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2010. In 2013, I was named "Best of the Bar" by the Sacramento Business Journal. I am AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
