Mahsa Gholami

For over fifteen years, Mahsa Gholami has dedicated her legal career to helping those who have been injured as a result of the negligent or intentional acts of another person or company. She has successfully represented her clients in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation, and trial. Mahsa has handled all types of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, dog bites, slip and fall cases, abuse cases, and wrongful death.

Mahsa’s extensive experience, coupled with her compassion, has made her an aggressive and dedicated advocate for her clients. She is not afraid of a challenge and is not intimidated by insurance companies or large corporations. Her countless successful settlements and ability to settle challenging cases has earned her the respect of other attorneys, judges, insurance companies, and clients.

Mahsa spends a great deal of time meeting with her clients, understanding their needs, and explaining the legal process. She and her staff take on all of the burdens and responsibilities associated with a personal injury claim so that her clients can focus on getting medical treatment for their physical and emotional injuries.

After receiving her undergraduate degree in Law & Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Mahsa started law school as the youngest student in her class. In law school, Mahsa earned a Jefferson Medal in Trial Practice, the highest honors award given at her law school. She graduated with honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2004.

Mahsa started her legal career at Beck Law in Sonoma County, where she handled a wide range of cases including criminal defense, civil litigation, and personal injury law. She quickly realized that her passion was personal injury law. After moving from Sonoma County to the East Bay, Mahsa focused solely on personal injury law at Mirador Law.
