Family Law

Incompetent and Inexperienced

Frandadez law firm is absolutely a joke. Lawyers are incompetent, incapable and inexperienced. All they care about is making money and robbing clients on the name of justice. They are insensitive to the clients needs and does not care about the outcome of case. I hired Loe Chaelee as my Lawyer in my divorce case in November 2019. All she did is to drag the case and could not even start it properly. She let opposing council run the show and just gave her unnecessary time to provide disclosures. By June 2020 and after charging me $4500, by the time she went on maternity leave, my case barely moved in any direction. Then Jaspreet Hundal took over. This lawyer is pathetic and a disgrace on the name of lawyers. He is not even a family lawyer, he did his law degree in Taxation, but he is practicing family law and ruining lives of families. He is very inexperienced and does not know any family law. I would tell him to take certain action and he would start arguing with me, how I am wrong and its not in my best interest. On the name of negotiations, he dragged my case until October 2020 and then he stopped responding to my emails. He was agreeing to opposing council’s demands without discussing with me. He is very poor on communication and have his own assumptions. Opposing party was dragging the case and I asked him multiple times to file for trial, but he would not listen. Most of time, he would argue with me on valid points and then cave in to the opposing party’s unreasonable demands. He would just agree to opposing council for no reason. He does not know how to negotiate and bring a case to resolution. He charged me another $4000 and made my case worst and wasted lot of precious time. After Jaspreet Hundal stopped responding to my emails for 3 weeks, I called the Frandadez law firm and then Kim Ma took over my case. She is a lair. She would give you wrong advise and try to confuse you on the name of process. She told me that she cannot file for Trial and Child Custody motion at the same time. At this point, after wasting more than $12000 and more than a year with them, I decided to take my case to another law firm. Avoid this law firm and all their lawyers at all costs. They will waste your time and money. They have no idea what family law is and how to fight divorce cases. The lawyers are right out of college and have no experience at all. They will trap you on lower fee but then drag your case forever and make it costly and stressful. This law firm should be reported to the State Bar and be banned. Stay away.
