Taxation Law Certification -

CBLS Board Certification in Taxation Law - Lawyers certified as specialists in taxation law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization have demonstrated substantial involvement in this area of law.


The CBLS defines the term taxation law as encompassing the "field of law involving the Internal Revenue Code and other federal, state and local tax statutes and interpretive material in connection with matters in which issues of taxation are significant."
