Beware of this sheep
Ater reviewing my case Mr. Pena convinced me that in order to save my home and business that I must
file BK 11. He agreed to handle my case for a flat fee to then he file an additional fee claim for
much more than the flat fee he already was paid for. I fired him for non performance but then he
claimed to the courts that he quit. He betrayed attorney client private, he refused to send back my
file until I threatened him with a letter to State Bar, he has interefered in my case by defaming me
to attorneys prospect not to take my case and by convincing current attorney to drop my case. He has
indulged attorney client privileges with apposing parties and lied about relationships w apposing
attorneys. He is unethical and lacks decency and professionalism.
