Keith Howard Rutman

I am a police misconduct and criminal trial lawyer with 30 years of significant trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts.  I have been qualified to handle capital cases under the San Diego County Office of Assigned Counsel conflict counsel program.  I am a certified Criminal Law Specialist.

I have been admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California since 1989, and in addition am admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth, Tenth, and D.C. Circuits; and U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Districts of Colorado, Arizona and District of Columbia.
