Attorney Rhea has over a decade of experience in the California desert courts, including Banning, Joshua Tree, Indio, Palm Springs, and El Centro. Joseph Rhea has been named Top DUI Lawyer and Top Criminal Defense Lawyer in the desert region by Palm Springs Life Magazine. He is an active member of NORML and California NORML. Attorney Rhea represents individuals accused of crimes, as well as collectives seeking to obtain compliance with California state marijuana law.
