Attorney Biography
Since 1995, Jeremy Pasternak has advocated for individuals and small enterprises in employment and civil rights issues. Before earning his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he received a Public Interest Scholarship and was a Law Review member, Pasternak honed his skills in employment disputes at Rudy, Exelrod & Zieff and the Legal Aid Society of San Francisco/ Employment Law Center.
Subsequent to this, he practiced at O’Donnell & Mandel and David H. Greenburg's law offices, winning several cases, including securing a $1.4 million verdict in the Lee v. ENPC case. He served as a senior employment-law associate at Dolan Law Firm from 2001 to 2004, then worked with Cooper & Mora before establishing his own firm in 2005.
As the head of the Law Offices of Jeremy Pasternak since 2005, he continues to champion employment and civil rights for clients. Recently, as the class counsel in the Carlson v. eHarmony.com case tackling eHarmony.com's discrimination against gay and lesbian clients, he was shortlisted for the Consumer Attorneys of California's esteemed Consumer Attorney of the Year award.
