Jenny Lynn Doling

Jenny L. Doling is the founding member of J. DOLING LAW, PC, a Bankruptcy and Tax law firm serving Southern California.  She is a California State Bar Certified Bankruptcy Specialist, and is admitted to practice in California and Nevada, and the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.  Ms. Doling represents creditors, trustees, and consumer and business debtors in chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy and tax matters. She has filed more than 5,000 bankruptcy cases and has resolved thousands of tax disputes with the IRS, Franchise Tax Board and CDTFA.

Ms. Doling is an active member of the bankruptcy bar.  She is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and she is the Past-President of the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum.  Further, Ms. Doling is a nationally known speaker for NACBA, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ), the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees (NACTT), the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and the California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF).  In addition, Ms. Doling is the Professor of Bankruptcy Law at the California Desert Trial Academy (CDTA).  She also serves on the Central District of California Bar Advisory Committee.  Ms. Doling served on the Advisory Sub-Committee to the ABI Commission on Consumer Bankruptcy which published an extensive report of recommendations to Congress in 2019.
