Jennifer McGrath

Jennifer McGrath is a former City Attorney assisting cannabis businesses in establishing themselves consistent with State and local law (county & city) and subsequent compliance, including cannabis licensing, hemp licensing, development agreements, building permits, zoning, land use, leases, regulatory compliance, voter initiatives, advocacy, business, litigation and administrative hearings. She also assists Cities and Counties with marijuana policy issues and in the drafting of cannabis regulations and zoning laws to address the individual needs of their community.

Jennifer McGrath has over twenty years experience in government and municipal law, ordinances, code enforcement, land use, public meetings, elections, business, and more.  She is a graduate of University of the Pacific / McGeorge School of Law and UCLA.
