After fifteen years of suing stockbrokers, he switched to Trusts & Estates so that he wouldn't have to fight people every day. Dedicated to preserving assets, and taking full advantage of government programs, Jeff is also a champion of those in trouble: he volunteers weekly with victims of Domestic Violence and in clinic for the elderly and developmentally disabled. Jeff's contributions have been recognized byt he Legal Aid Society, Operation Homefront, and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program.

He is what an attorney should aspire to be

This is what all attorneys should aspire to be like. Mr. Gaffney was quick, very patient, and made us feel as if we were the only clients that mattered at that point in time. He got what we needed done very quick, and explained every little bit of it in a way that we could both understand. And his rates were more than reasonable. We were quoted 3 times that by other attorneys. Ifi could give ten stars, I would.
