James Eugene Fitzgerald

James Eugene Fitzgerald is an attorney who practices in Los Angeles, California.  He is licensed to practice in California and New York.  He is a trial lawyer that has first-chaired more than 40 jury trials in state and federal courts around the country, and has handled dozens of arbitrations before the AAA, JAMS, NASD, FINRA, ARIAS and other tribunals in a wide variety of substantive areas.  He has also acted as a mediator and representing clients in pro bono matters.  He believes deeply in giving back to the community, and has therefore been a regular speaker for in-house and outside continuing legal education programs.  In addition, for over 30 years, Jim has been an instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy assisting younger lawyers in learning how to try cases and hone those skills.  im lives in Encino, California and has three children.
