Isha SinghAttorney
Isha Kakkar Singh was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia before her family moved to Fremont, California in 1999. She attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. Mrs. Singh took a year off between her undergraduate studies and law school to intern for, eventually clerk for, Fremont’s top boutique Estate Planning Firm.
Mrs. Singh earned her law degree from Whittier Law School where she was a senior staff editor for the Whittier Law Review. She has also achieved academic excellence by earning the honor of being on the Dean’s List.
During law school, Mrs. Singh had the honor of being an extern for Honorable Justice Thomas L. Willhite, Jr. of the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division Four.
Mrs. Singh also had the opportunity to extern, and later intern, for one of Orange County’s exceptional consumer protection firms, Kazerouni Law Group, APC.
Prior to opening her own firm, Mrs. Singh was in-house counsel for a construction company in Los Angeles, and Partner at Fremont’s top boutique Estate Planning Firm.
Mrs. Singh was selected for Super Lawyers’ Rising Star list for four years in a row, 2022-2025. Only 2.5% of the attorneys in the state get selected for this list.
Mrs. Singh has a very diverse background in law. Over the last decade, Mrs. Singh has had experience with Business Law, Contract Law, Construction Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Consumer Law, Immigration, and Trademark Law.
Currently, Mrs. Singh resides in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with her husband, two daughters, and adorable Shih-Tzu.
